1.1 About us

PrintIdea is operated by {{COMPANY}} (GSTIN {{GSTIN}}), {{ADDRESS}}. "We" means {{COMPANY}}; "you" means the customer. By browsing, requesting a quote, approving a design or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you order for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1.2 Made-to-order products

Every item is produced only after you order and carries your logo, name or artwork, so it cannot be resold. For this reason we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or detail chosen by you, or changed plans. Our remedy for genuine faults is a replacement (see 3).

1.3 Order confirmation

• Prices shown on the site or in a quote are an invitation to order, not a contract.
• An order is confirmed when payment (or the agreed advance) is received and, where applicable, your design is approved.
• Product pages list material, sizes, colours, print method, minimum quantity and what is in the pack. By ordering you confirm you have read them.
• Quotes are valid for {{QUOTE_VALIDITY_DAYS}} days.
• We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch (pricing error, payment we cannot verify, unserviceable address, content we cannot print) and refund what you paid for it.

1.4 Pricing, GST and invoices

Prices are in INR and include GST unless a quote says otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every order showing HSN, taxable value and tax. The rate applied is the one in force on the date of supply. You can add your GSTIN to an order from your account; add it promptly, as it cannot be changed after the invoice is filed.

1.5 Payment, advance and balance on delivery

• Standard orders are paid in full at checkout.
• Where we accept an advance with balance on delivery, a shipping and collection charge applies and is shown before you confirm.
• The courier collects the balance under its own rules: parcels cannot be opened before payment, and couriers may not accept cash.
• If the balance is not paid, the parcel returns to us and the advance is adjusted against material, printing, freight and handling.
• Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

1.6 Artwork, previews and approval

• If you design the product yourself with our preview tool, the preview you complete the order with is your approved design and goes into production without further confirmation.
• If you send a file for us to design, we send a mockup; your approval on website, email or WhatsApp is final. If you do not respond within 2 days, the delivery date moves.
• You are responsible for spelling, logo version, colours, sizes, quantity and placement. We print exactly what was approved. Small, blurred, cropped or low-resolution files print that way.
• Changes after approval are possible only before printing starts and may change price and timeline.

1.7 Your content and trademarks

We print on your instruction. You confirm you own, or are licensed to use, everything you submit, and that printing it infringes no one's rights. We do not verify ownership. We may refuse, hold or cancel orders that appear to use another brand's marks or counterfeit designs, and may ask for proof of authorisation. You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you supplied.

1.8 What is normal in printed goods

Screen and print colours can differ; shades can vary between batches; print position can vary by about 5 mm; garment measurements can vary slightly from the size chart. Wash inside out in cold water, no bleach, do not iron on the print.

1.9 Dispatch and delivery

See the Shipping Policy. Timelines are courier estimates, not guarantees, unless we agree a committed date in writing.

1.10 Changes and cancellation

1.11 Availability

If an item, colour or size becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a close alternative, a change to the order, or a refund for that item.

1.12 Bulk and corporate orders

Bulk orders follow the written quotation and purchase order. Size lists, name lists and addresses must be provided in our format; errors or delays there move the delivery date. Freight per address is charged as quoted. Credit terms are as stated in the quote.

1.13 Brand disclaimer

We are not affiliated with any brand. Product names such as "polo T-shirt" describe a style, not a brand.

1.14 Our intellectual property

The PrintIdea name, logo, site design, photos and text belong to us and may not be copied without permission. Your artwork remains yours. We may show finished products in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

1.15 Communications

Order updates are sent by email, SMS and WhatsApp. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent and you can opt out at any time.

1.16 Liability

Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it and is met by replacement, repair or refund. We are not liable for indirect loss such as missed events, lost profit or penalties from your own clients, or for errors in details you supplied or approved. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

1.17 Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (strikes, floods, courier disruption, government orders, outages). We will keep you informed and deliver or refund the undelivered part.

1.18 Complaints

Write to {{EMAIL}} or {{PHONE}} with your order number and proof. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, ask for a management review.

1.19 Governing law

Indian law applies. Courts at {{CITY}} have exclusive jurisdiction.
